This Privacy Policy applies to the ClaudIA mobile application ("Application"), developed by Trilabs ("Service Provider"), offered as a Freemium service.

Account Deletion

All user data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

Subscription and Payments

The Application offers subscription-based plans, including Free, Fluent, and Premium.

Payments and subscription management are handled securely through Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not store or process payment card details directly.

Security

The Service Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including secure transmission and restricted access.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

If personal data from a child is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
